At NIKOLATOY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your NIKOLATOY account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
